They may have another work around, other than a "retrograde upgrade" back to 2007. They have specific knowledge of the printers and may have run into the problem before. Preferably for the specific model if there is one, rather than just the generic 7200 family printer.Īlso, while you are at the HP site, submit the same question to them. Go to the HP site, and find the most recent windows 10 printer driver. I too make the same suggestion as Palcouk. But on second reading, when you say that the driver works for 2007 it really does sound like a 2016 specificĮven if it really is a 2016 problem, the reality of the situation is that MS will insist it is a HP problem until you get many other people reporting the same problem. It may be a bad interaction between 2016 and the printer driver but I doubt it. At first reading this really sounds like a printer driver issue.
